Welcome to Holding Space Support Group
for newly bereaved parents who have
lost a child to suicide
Please note that parents have lost children of all ages

Thank you for waiting as we took a break to allow all the new families to connect in a deeper level.

We have created a new space for parents who have lost a child to suicide and are within their first year after the death of their child. This new world you have entered is filled with so much pain. The idea is to support you in the very early period after your loss.

Here is what to expect:

Meetings will be held virtually. This is an open support group, what this means is that you might see new parents when you attend. This group is tailored to enable connection, share from our hearts, and gain insights into your grief. We will discuss self care, introduce tools to manage how grief impacts the body and mind. We will share from our own experience and hold the space for others to be witnessed and validated.

If you are interested in attending Holding Space, you will need to fill out a contact form by clicking on the button below.

Please note that this group is for biological and adoptive parents only.
