A safe space to share 

Meetings are free to attend

This space is for siblings who have lost a brother or sister to suicide and want to connect with peers who have experience this type of traumatic loss.

Here is what to expect:

Holding Space meets every Tuesdays between 6-7:30pm (EST).  If you wish to join this group, please fill out the registration form by clicking on the button below. Delmy will meet with you virtually for your Welcome Conversation to see how you are holding up, tell you about Holding Space and answer questions before you are able to attend your 1st meeting.  

If you’re hurting, afraid, or just need someone to talk to, reach out to one of the resources below. You are valued and loved—even when you can’t feel it—and living your life matters. Call the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988, or The Trevor Project (for LGBTQ+) at 866-488-7386.
