This workshop if for families to build and connect with one another about their person. We are creating a safe space to talk about grief and memories of our loved one who has died to suicide

This is a one session workshop of about 2-3 hours.  We will come together as a group to introduce ourselves and share a little about your loved one.

Adult and child will be working together with their Teddy Bear kit. Individualize attention will be given to each family member throughout workshop.

We will close the group by sharing about the process and feeling that have come up.

Participant are invited to bring in fabric that has meaning to them to use for their pocket.
